About Us

We are a well established family owned business that has been building one off bespoke residential properties for over 30 years. The firm was established by David in 1988 and prides itself on the quality and design of a range of new builds and renovation projects. Over the years we have built in excess of 200 new properties all of which have been built using traditional building materials and crafted by skilled tradesmen.
Our expertise spans over various projects from New Build Development Sites to Agricultural Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Renovation projects and Swimming Pools.

We use traditional building methods supported by a team of highly skilled craftsmen and where possible renewable energy heating suchas air source heating systems are used.

The newest member to join the team is our Son Harrison who specialises in ground works and plant hire under the close supervision of his Dad.

We are proud to have been Highly Commended for the George Phillips Award for the re-use of a derelict building. This was achieved for the building work we were involved in at the highly acclaimed Hambleton Bakery.

We were also the main contractor responsible for the Extension and Renovation of the The Old Rectory in Ayston and for this work we were proudly awarded the Winner of the George Phillips Award in recognition of development which makes a significant contribution to conserving the built environment in Rutland.

Our work as main contractor was also recognised when the development site we were main contractor for was awarded by Pro Con as the Winner for Large Residential scheme at The Old Hall Farm Cottesmore.

All our new build properties are guaranteed for 10 years by either NHBC or LABC. We are also OFTEC and GAS SAFE registered. We are also qualified to install air source heating
